Ok Ill look again at Luna. But if they dont play on my system I dont see why playing them through Luna would help...unless it hosts the games on their hardware and streams the play to me.
EDIT: Looked at Luna. Prime members only get access to 14 or 15 games..none of them good or interesting. It rotates but right now nothing..and especially no Outlaws.

Luna is a cloud streaming service. The whole point of it is that the number crunching and rendering is done on their servers and your PC or mobile device just handles the input and display.
You need to pull up the Luna homepage while you're logged into Amazon on your browser, then link your Ubisoft account to your Luna account. Once you've done that, you should see all Luna-compatible Ubisoft games that you own in your Luna library, along with the games that are currently included with Prime.
I just linked my Ubisoft account to Luna, and I can see all of the games I own or currently have access to via Ubi+ that work with Luna:

I finally found Luna by Googling Amazon Prime Luna. Simply going to Amazon or to Amazon Prime's page i was unable to see a link anywhere even searching.
Then I found out my browser wasn't supported? Who the heck doesn't support Firefox now days??>>??? So I downloaded Chrome which i dislike and dislike it more as a resource hog. But had no choice.
Anyways got the game running only to find its locked to 1920 x 1080...i am 29" ultrawide so now im forced to play in a box with black all around my screen.
Then I was remapping controls and it wont let me map keypad 0 to sprint..like ALL other games. So that a big no no along with the lame res.
Im going to try a controller tomorrow and see if its playable with one. Although whhen it comes time to speeder and shoot I have no idea how ill drive and look around..
Least I can run it in HIGH.

Another strange choice I guess. Id think you could steer and drive with arrows and use mouse to look around and shoot. Again like other games.

It isn't a strange choice at all. The game isn't a shooter, and you have a speeder for thematic terrain traversal, not for combat. Given a finite budget and schedule, it isn't difficult to understand why they didn't devote a ton of resources to something that isn't a core element of the game.

FWIW..there IS a way to ride and shoot...sort of...
Aa you are pursued you build up an ability and when it's full you hit x I believe and it will auto target and shoot up to 3 enemies.

I just see the speeder chases as flavor. The pursuers don't seem capable of inflicting any serious damage before either you charge up your adrenaline and drop them or simply outrun them (unless, as you say, you dismount and turn the encounter into a normal combat). I already explained why it seems to me to be a reasonable design choice given the focus of the game, so we'll just have to agree to disagree about whether it's a fatally flawed feature.
The main thing is that the more complex mounted pew-pew that Daehawk was concerned about doesn't exist in the game.

So this has been one of those games that has me kind of bamboozled.
I'm pretty much at the finale (no spoilers) but I'm not sure once I complete the main story line if I'll be going back to it to complete side quests and such.
Every time I go to fire it up I do so with a bit of hesitation. I feel like I would probably enjoy playing something else more but there's nothing in my library that I want to play right now. I end up enjoying the game (mostly) once I do fire it up but then I find myself repeatedly failing a stealth mission or growing tired of the tedium or facing a particularly difficult fire fight and them I'm just....uuuggghhhhh.
So I shut it down until the next time I think about it... dread it... fire it up anyway... enjoy it... until something kills the fun... shut it down....cycle repeats.
I guess put me down as grudgingly enjoying it.

I like that the people currently making Star Wars stuff lean into that meme. IIRC, there was a scene in an episode of The Mandalorian that was one big joke about stormtroopers not being able to hit the broad side of a barn.

Fixed an issue where players would get stuck in the hyperjump sequence towards Kijimi
Fixed an issue where the 'Takeoff' button prompt wouldn't be shown after 'The Wreck' mission
Improved the position of the speeder camera when the FOV was increased
Improved the speeder's response and reaction when called
Improved speeder collision with the environment to reduce being knocked off the speeder
Kerro's Speakeasy - fixed an issue where the energy barrier was not disabled after successfully slicing the panel on Mirogana
Fixed an issue where players could not interact with the triangulation stone in Jet Kordo's quest line on Toshara, and where the holotracker would not spawn in the Trailblazer

I’m frustrated with myself. I finally took the plunge, signed up for Ubisoft+, and installed the game. First off, I’m blown away by how fantastic this game is. I don’t want to delve into all the details, but it has everything I hoped for and more. I find myself questioning why I didn’t just buy the game outright and enjoy it.
Initially, the price and Ubisoft's strategy of offering three-day early access for extra money really turned me off. Additionally, many reviewers complained that the game missed the mark, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. I really like Kay and Nix. The introduction set the stage beautifully, and I instantly connected with Kay. She’s a thief who exploits others to make a big score and escape her tough circumstances. She doesn’t care about the Empire, the Rebellion, or any of the cartels; they all manipulate people in different ways, and the story captures this well.
So, why didn’t I buy it initially? Starfield. I was really excited about that game and ignored the naysayers, similar to the situation with No Man's Sky. I didn’t want to spend top dollar, play for a bit, and then realize it wasn’t for me, so I held back. This turned out to be a significant mistake. Now that I’m finally playing, I can confidently say it’s great!
Of course, there are bugs—like having to reload to get through a door, encountering ten NPCs on speeder bikes stuck on a rock, or crashing to the desktop every few hours and textures loading in as black blocks. These issues are super irritating, but I’m still having fun and hope the developers will address them soon. Oh, and I love the sabacc games too! Overall, it’s a fantastic game that deserves some awards.
There is a patch (Title Update 3) scheduled for next week, then another update plus the first DLC scheduled to coincide with the Steam debut.
I put Outlaws on the back burner when Ara was released. I think I might wait for the November patch, which is focused on combat and stealth improvements, before I get back to it. On the other hand, that's the day after STALKER 2 releases, so it'll probably be even longer if I let it sit until then...

In this third Title Update, we've focused on improving stealth to give players more flexibility in how they approach situations in addition to tuning enemy AI and speeder travel. ...and I did it all at release on standard difficulty. We're just better gamers. Many decades of experience helps!
I bought this at launch on ps5 but didn't really touch it much until now - I was really put off by some of the stupidity in the AI and stealth dynamics initially and barely finished the first couple of missions; everything felt a bit janky. As I finished Cyberpunk, I thought I'd come back to this and I'm really loving it now - sure still janky and the AI can get wonky; but just finished the first off world mission and find it getting far more immersive in the Star Wars themes - the big music scores as you sneak through the base, to the music building as the storm troopers become aware something is up. Really well done from an atmosphere perspective.
Still early but I've done a 180 in judgement on this; and I'm glad to see them making some improvements on the stealth mechanism. It was awful when I first played it, sometimes I could walk right up to an enemy and knock them down, other times I'm detected 100ft away sneaking around behind a box - that was very frustrating.
I picked this up at launch and put maybe 10 hours in before all the promises to 'fix the game' started coming from Ubisoft. I was enjoying it despite the obvious flaws, but decided that I would wait to play more until they released a few patches to address the problems. I still have to gone back to it yet.
For those who have been playing...do you think it's time to go back, or should I still give it a little more time?

I suspect that the devs have access to metrics showing an unexpected number of players hitting that first forced-stealth instant-fail mission and giving up in frustration, so they made it a priority to adjust the difficulty of the stealth mechanics. It wasn't impossible, but it was more difficult than intended for a game designed to have a broad appeal. It was certainly one of the things that the game was being criticized for in reviews and player chatter.

I’m currently playing on hard mode, starting after the patch that addressed the unfair stealth issues. I can confirm that I haven’t encountered any problems with the stealth mechanics. While they’re simple, they work well and fit the playful tone of a Star Wars movie. I’m really enjoying it. I’ve been making my way through the story and have visited all but one planet (Tatooine). I love the game’s tone, style, and the process of unlocking all of Kay’s abilities. With the upcoming DLC and Steam store release, it might be worth waiting for those updates. That said, I’ve experienced severe computer freezes and VRAM degradation over time, which requires a restart when black, unrendered tiles start appearing. It’s frustrating, but it hasn’t dampened my enjoyment of the game.

I've played it since launch and still am playing. It's not a perfect game, but I never felt it was something to put away until it was fixed. They said there's improvements on the stealth. I haven't noticed, but I didn't really have any issues with it to begin with.
I love the game, the atmosphere is spot on. My only grip is the lack of ability of being able to freely shootback at the attackers when on the speeder bike. It's just a dumb game design decision.
Are you guys playing wit ha controller on pc or mouse / kb?

Well I jumped back into this. Remember I cant get it to run on my old system but I can play it through LUNA. I had not done anything in the game...just left the starting apartment and casino. Im using a controller in alternative mode to play.. Basically just changed the interact and melee buttons from right thumb press to X . Simple.
I played for near 3 hours tonight and got myself off the tutorial planet only to crash on the next one and meet my mechanic lol. Sorta feels like Firefly a bit.I called it there for the night. Ill hop on the speeder and head into town tomorrow.. I also just cancelled my SWTOR sub so I sub'd to LUNA instead now with that $10. Gonna see what else it offers me since it appear my building me a new pc may be another 2 years away again.

I hope you are about to have some fun. The next few missions are more on the rails side but pretty soon that starter planet opens up and you can start exploring. My advice is to unlock abilities you are going to want to stick to the story missions for a bit. Pretty much if you get frustrated by an obstacle that won't allow you to get a treasure a few story missions will get you on the track of unlocking that ability. I ran into the problem several times in the game. Otherwise the exploration is pretty fun.
Seems pretty fun so far. I always enjoy a game that gives me my own ship and one that need repairs and upgrades too. If I had 2 little niggles with the game so far it was be...
1. The jumping / cliff climbing stuff...Lara Croft she is not. Sometimes I die to what appears to me doing it right so Im left wondering what to do...until I do it again..same way..and it works..weird.
2. Where it teaches you to use the stun setting of your blaster. Handy..but thought it worked on the first guard for some reason it refused to stun the second one and kept shooting him,. I gave up finally and just killed the 2nd and the one it sent as back and moved on.
I do appreciate the old assassins creed hide in bushes and whistle trick. But I haven't figured out a way to use nix as a distraction on my own...either I missed that tutorial or I forgot it. I can only seem to send him to do stuff when prompted or to use his area ping ability to see where guards are. Also cameras have a weird visual effect that took me a min to figure out their scanning area, Seems most have a blind spot. It seems if I shoot the camera it sets off an alarm..which usually is games is the opposite effect.
